Hispanic girl and the experience was very bad. She cut my toe, the pedicure was poorly done, my feet still had dead skin left on them, and the nail polish was badly applied. On top of that, I asked for a design on each big toe and was told I had to pay an extra $8 for it, and if I wanted French tips, I would have to pay an additional $10. Honestly, I’m very disappointed with the service
Avoid this place at all costs. I would not recommend them for any service. The staff does not seem properly trained in basic nail salon procedures, and they rotate between customers instead of having designated technicians, which creates a lack of accountability and consistency. I came in for an eyebrow waxing, and the experience was unacceptable. The wax appeared to be old, and the equipment clearly needs updating. During the service, the wax burned my skin, and the technician seemed more focused on rushing through the appointment than ensuring my safety or comfort. I was left with burns and was unable to sleep the entire night due to the pain. I’m now hoping my skin heals without any lasting marks. The salon itself also looks outdated and poorly maintained. This business needs properly trained staff and major improvements in both service quality and equipment. I’ve attached photos of the burns for reference.
Pedicure was a disaster!!! Spanish employee used callous remover incorrectly and burned my leg using a plastic bag technique - a technique I never experienced. Employee had an attitude and spoke no English so she did not explain or apologize. Chinese owner offered a @20.00 discount on bill and advised me not to eat soy sauce to avoid further scaring. The shop is unsafe as undesirables often walk in. Never returning to this shop!
